Vero Volleyball, the program

A Monday between weights and technique kicked off the fourth week of preparation of Vero Volley Milano. For coach Marco Gaspari’s group, still reduced accomplice to the absences of Orro, Sylla, Parrocchiale, Rettke, Daalderop, Castillo and Egonu, the program includes this afternoon’s departure for the Livigno retreat, preceded by a morning session of weights.

The Consortium’s pink team, held Tuesday a training session at the Monza Arena, while in the small town of Valtellina, three half days focused on game situations will be scheduled.

Vero Volley Milan last week held its first two joint workouts, the first with Picco Lecco and the second with Albese, both A2 Series teams. All this will serve to raise the level of competition and get closer and closer to the optimal playing condition that will be needed for the championship (beginning Oct. 8 in Brianza against Busto Arsizio). Precisely with this in mind, the team will participate in the “Valtellina Summer League”, scheduled in Sondrio on September 16 and 17, in which Busto Arsizio, Bergamo and the French formation of Mulhouse will also be present.
