Catanzaro and Cittadella draw in Calabria

In Catanzaro, the home team, led by Vincenzo Vivarini, faced Edoardo Gorini’s Cittadella. Giallorossi fielded a 4-4-2 and Cittadella responded with a 4-3-1-2 that immediately paid off: Lorenzo Carissoni found the net already in the third minute. It did not è take long for the Giallorossi Eagles’ equalizer to arrive with a penalty shot (made to shoot twice) scored on 26′ by Alfredo Donnarumma.

In the second half of the match, both coaches made several substitutions, trying to change the match's inertia. Despite the attempts, the score did not è change anymore and the match è ended 1-1. Of note, in the final phase of the match, a series of yellow cards for Cittadella players, waved at'Alessandro Salvi, Simone Branca and Filippo Pittarello, the latter being cautioned in the last minute of recovery.
