Pre-Olympic, Italvolley kicks down the hat trick with Ukraine
Third success for Italvolley at Pre-Olympic, beat Ukraine
After successes with the Czech Republic and Qatar, Italvolley strung its third consecutive success by confirming its leading position in Pool A of the Preolimpico. In fact, Fefé De Giorgi’s Azzurri won with a clear 3-0 victory over Ukraine, with scores of 25-23; 25-16; 25-16.

In the second set, Fefé De Giorgi’s boys immediately managed to pick up the pace, creating a five-point lead, which they then managed to maintain and widen until the final 25-16. In the third set, the Azzurri also managed to take the lead right away, closing with an easy 25-16.
Italy's next engagement will be on Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 6:30 p.m. against Germany.
