F1 Ferrari, Charles Leclerc looks at the glass half full
Charles Leclerc has confidence in his Ferrari
Despite finishing sixth in the shootout, Charles Leclerc is confident of a good result with his Ferrari in both Saturday night’s Sprint race and Sunday’s race. At the microphones of 'Sky Sport', the Monegasque told about his feelings in this regard.
"I struggled especially with the rear,” he said, “because there was a lot of overheating. Tonight forò with the cool weather, it should go a little better in that respect. Starting from the third row? I do not think that si this circuit is easy to overcome, I expect a difficult race".
"In any case, there will be more points up for grabs tomorrow,” added Leclerc, who in the long race will start on the third row again, but from box number 5 on the grid. “It is precisely in the race that we should exploit the potential of the Ferrari".
Leclerc is looking in Qatar for a claim that seems difficult, at least from what emerged in the timed sessions on Friday and Saturday. He has been missing a victory for over a year: it was July 10, 2022 when he won the Austrian Grand Prix, ahead of Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton.
