Mark Groeneveld, Dutch cyclist of X-Speed United, è died at only 20 years old.

Announcing this è was his own team: "&It is with a heart full of sadness that we inform of the passing of Mark Groeneveld, which occurred while he was engaged in a trip to Hong Kong. The circumstances of the death are currently being investigated".

"We are working closely with the relevant authorities to gather all the information and provide the necessary support to Mark’s family at this painful time. Mark was an incredible person and a valuable member of our team. He had an extraordinary spirit, always ready to help out behind the scenes with his infectious smile and friendly nature. His presence brightened our days and will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him".
