Genoa, Mattia Bani reveals his dream in the drawer

During the "Orientations 2023" event, Genoa defender Mattia Bani, among other topics discussed, dwelt on his future goals and his experience with the Grifone jersey.

"Had they asked me last year I would have said playing in A, but I think the promotion I got last year is the most beautiful thing I have experienced and the highest moment of my career. Now I would like to do a European competition, maybe with Genoa. In addition, I would like to play in the national team" debuted the Rossobl&ugrave defender, as quoted in the quotes of "Sky Sport".

"C'è great responsibilityà. I have often been asked how to explain to new boys the weight of the Genoa jersey, and I answer that you only have to take the field at Marassi on Sunday to understand it. It's an important attestation of esteem but at the same time we have to be ready. We have a group of decent guys who give their all every Sunday to make the fans happy" continued the Grifone vice-captain.

"I played until I was 15 years old doing amateur categories. At the first game in A, I started to open my eyes a little bit to what was my dream. My educational background? I did Accounting, Commercial Technical Institute, then when I came to Genoa I continued with my studies with night school. It’ something I am proud of, è fundamental for any young person who wants to approach the future world of work. My father è was crucial in the decision to finish school. And then è my will è and I am thinking about starting university again," concluded Mattia Bani.
