Pecco Bagnaia, the papà: "Let me metabolize it"

Third MotoGP World Championship in his career, second (among other consecutive) in MotoGp: that of Pecco Bagnaia è a historic feat also becauseé since the queen class took its current name (it ran the year 2002) only Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez had managed to win at least two consecutive world titles.

An emotion also described by Pecco's dad, Pietro Bagnaia, who però expresses himself rather bluntly about the comparison between his son, the 'Doctor' and the number 93: "These are things that I però, right now, I have a hard time metabolizing – he told 'MOW' -. Becauseé I, as a sportsman, have always admired the greats of this sport: Valentino Rossi, clearly, since always. The same for Marc Marquez, although I am campanilista and I cheer for the Italians, è definitely a great sportsman".

"There, to see Pecco who however it is has juxtaposed his name with theirs è something I have to get used to for a moment. Let me metabolize it" added Bagnaia senior, on the sidelines of the Valencia party, where already the incident between Martin and Marquez himself, in the first laps of the race, had certified the victory of 'Nuvola Rossa'.

Bagnaia had won his first title in 2018 in Moto2, beating Miguel Oliveira and Brad Binder. in 2022 the first MotoGp title, won ahead of Fabio Quartararo and Enea Bastianini. This year&#39s podium instead sees him ahead of Jorge Martin and Marco Bezzecchi.
