Varese prepares for away trip to Brindisi

The eleventh round of the A Series of basketball features, in the backcourt, the match between Happy Casa Brindisi and Openjobmetis Varese, two teams that started the championship with a few too many stumbles and that are looking for important points to relaunch themselves. Currently, the Lombardi are third-last with 6 points, while the Apulians share, with just 2 points, the last place with Treviso.

Massimo Ferraiuolo è aware of the importance of the match: "Sunday we definitely have a very difficult and equally important commitment ahead of us – said the operations manager of the white and red first team, to the club official channels -. We are going to play on a field that we know will be very hot becauseé Brindisi, like us after all, really plays a lot".

"It&#39s one of those games that you have to come to play with the awareness of the importance it has,” he added, “and with the mental toughness and the conviction that a result like this, at this moment, for us è really very important. We are coming off an unsatisfactory performance in Germany, and certainly the disappointment of our fans after the game with Cremona è was equally bitter".

" Precisely for this reason, I am convinced that we will be animated by the desire for revenge and to play a real game,” Ferraiuolo further explained. “We are confident that the support of our fans, even if from afar, will give us an extra boost in trying to do well in this very difficult challenge".
