Four teams for Nzola
Four teams seek Nzola
M'Bala Nzola's future may soon no longer be tinged with purple: Fiorentina, in fact, is reportedly considering a loan transfer of the Angolan striker, who so far has not shown himself to be prolific neither in the league, nor in the Coppa Italia nor in the Conference League, so much so that Vincenzo Italiano has preferred him several times to Lucas Beltran.
According to reports from the 'Quotidiano Sportivo', there are four clubs interested in Nzola: Empoli, which would recompose the duo already seen at Spezia with Emmanuel Gyasi; Salernitana, in search of an experienced striker for the race for salvation; Genoa, which would thus have a viable alternative to Gudmundsson and Retegui; and Cagliari, which would thus give even more weight to its offensive department.
Born in 1996, M'Bala Nzola è in Italy since 2016: his first club in the Bel Paese è was Virtus Francavilla, with whom he played before experiences at Carpi and Trapani. In January 2020, the transfer to Spezia, with which he experienced the historic promotion to Serie A of the Ligurian club. In the summer of 2023, however, the transfer to Fiorentina.
The soccer market window will end on Thursday, February 1, at 8 p.m., with the classic closing of the doors, often the subject of rather embarrassing scenes, which will take place at the Sheraton hotel in Milan. So there are still more than two weeks left for domestic clubs to improve the staff available to their coaches.
