Christijan Albers frames Max Verstappen’s main antagonist

The 2023 F1 season è ended with clear dominance by Red Bull and Max Verstappen, who collectively won every race available except Singapore. With only a few months to go before the start of the new championship, the main topic of discussion is whether or who could contend for the world title for the Dutch driver in 2024. On this issue the former driver Christijan Albers has bluntly expressed himself.

"Based on the quality of being able to deliver consistent performance and being able to be stable in lap times during the race, I think Hamilton is the only one who can handle tires as well as Max. Evaluating certain situations and feeling the tire, the two of them are at the top in this aspect and I am convinced that they will be the main protagonists of next season" began the former Dutch driver to the microphones of "De Telegraaf".

"These last few years for Lewis must not have been easy, because é è one who always wants more from the car, but in recent seasons he had to deal with the fact that Mercedes was no longer going as fast as in the past. At the end of the year you&#39re wrecked and tired, and that boost he needed in a certain moment of fury he didn't have it for a while'" Christijan Albersiosed.
