MotoGP: Enea Bastianini from record in the second day of testing in Sepang
Enea Bastianini è was the fastest on the second day of MotoGP testing in Sepang, Malaysia. The centaur from Rimini stopped the clock on '1'57"134, also signing the new Malaysian track record. The 'Beast' preceded another Ducati, the Pramac of Jorge Martin, which was 139 thousandths behind.
Completing the podium was the KTM of Brad Binder, instead, 193 thousandths from the top. The South African rider finished ahead of Aleix Espargaro's Aprilia, which placed fourth, and the Ducati of two-time world champion Pecco Bagnaia, in fifth place. All the top five riders beat the track record, held by Bagnaia (1'57"491).
An excellent Fabio Di Giannantonio finished in sixth place riding the VR46 Racing Team Ducati, ahead of the Team Gresini Ducati of Alex Marquez, seventh. Completing the Top 10 were the GasGas team KTM of Pedro Acosta, who crashed but without consequences, the other VR46 Ducati of Marco Bezzecchi and the Honda of Joan Mir.
