F1, Mike Krack to help Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll
After the first GP, only three points for Aston Martin
The F1 World Championship is not off to the best start for Aston Martin, which restarted from Bahrain, site of the first GP, with only three points in the standings: ninth place for Alonso, tenth for Stroll. A slowed start compared to last season. However, within the stable, there's a willingness to improve to try to become more competitive in the shortest possible time.
Krack, team manager of Aston Martin, è ready to give his two drivers a hand: "In Jeddah we will see evolutions. Cars never stay the same, all teams change and optimize, trying to eliminate weaknesses as quickly as possible. We will try to do that too", his clear words reported by the Spanish media AS.
The Luxembourg engineer's analysis è very lucid: "We are not fighting against Red Bull right now. First we have to close the gap with McLaren and Mercedes". However, the Saudi Arabian GP, scheduled for the weekend, seems to have characteristics that suit the AMR24 well. Alonso and Stroll hope to have on their hands a single-seater that can fight with those who preceded them in Bahrain.
