Kazakhstan Grand Prix postponed

The Kazakhstan Grand Prix è has been officially postponed. Unprecedented weather conditions have caused flooding in Central Asia, leading to a national emergency in the country.
"For the MotoGP it would not be responsible to add additional burden on the authorities and realities committed to supporting the tens of thousands of affected people across the country", the statement reads.
Therefore, the Sokol International Racetrack will not host the MotoGP on the previously announced dates and all updates will be provided once confirmed.
"MotoGP extends its condolences and support to the people of Kazakhstan and all those affected by the floods in Central Asia. The hope è that the affected nation, region and communities can recover as soon as possible", ends the note.
