Arrigo Sacchi pushes AC Milan on Maurizio Sarri
The words of Arrigo Sacchi
Arrigo Sacchi in Gazzetta dello Sport had his say on the Milan bench, starting with a backstory: "Several years ago I advised Maurizio Sarri to Berlusconi: he did not listen to me. I feel like reintroducing his name, è good, very good. With him, the Rossoneri could open a cycle on the condition of putting him in the best conditions to perform at his best and then handing him those players that he requires".
The former national team coach also mentioned the name of Roberto De Zerbi as an alternative: "On the groove of strategic coaches. He has qualities, technical and human, è a man of depth, has innovative ideas and makes his teams practice cutting-edge football".
"The Milan world looks like a huge question mark, looking at it from the outside,” Sacchi added in general. “What are they going to do? Who do they choose for the bench? Which players do they confirm and which do they send away? Uncertainty reigns supreme and, frankly, it ès not good news for the many Rossoneri fans. The ’impression è that there are few ideas about what the future should be".
