Inter, crowded attack: so many knots to unravel
The only sure starter è Chilean Sanchez
Now that the season è officially over, work must be done in the Nerazzurri household for the next one. Oaktree, Inter's new owner, has already let it be known that he is ready to meet with Inzaghi to define many aspects, including the market operations to be done to further improve a group already of very high quality.
So many doubts especially regarding the attack. Hoping that the Lautaro Martinez soap opera will be resolved soon, Inzaghi knows he can count on Thuram, one of the biggest surprises of the season, and Taremi, already bought from Porto (he scored the decisive goal in the Portugal Cup final against Sporting Lisbon).
Sanchez, whose contract is expiring, will not stay. The Chilean has had a very good season but the feeling è that his adventure in nerazzurra has come to an end. Complicated talks, on the other hand, for Arnautovic and the returning Correa. Both of them still have one year of guaranteed contract with the Nerazzurri club.
Arnautovic finished with a brace against Verona and would love to stay. Conditioned by several injuries, he believes he can return very useful to Inter, which is expected to play many games next season. Should he not stay, he could fly to Saudi Arabia. Correa is not in the company plans but a solution will have to be found. His season on loan at Marseille è was disappointing (zero goals).
