Sergio Perez has renewed with Red Bull for two more seasons. It was announced by the Austrian team itself through an official statement: "Oracle Red Bull Racing è pleased to announce that Checo has renewed his commitment to the team, extending his current contract by another two years".

"I am really happy to commit for the future with this great Team,” the Mexican driver told the official Red Bull channels, “è an unprecedented challenge racing for Oracle Red Bull Racing, both on and off the track. I am pleased to stay here to continue our journey together and contribute to the great story of this Team for two more years".

"Being part of the Team è an immense challenge, and one that I love. We have a big challenge this year and I have full confidence in the whole Team that the future is bright here and I am excited to be a part of it. I want to thank everyone for the trust they are putting in me, è a lot and I want to reciprocate it with great results on and off the track. I think we have a lot of work to do, we have many more Championships to win together".
