Fabio Cannavaro and Udinese are parting ways. The Friulian club, through a note issued its official channels, has made known its intention not to confirm on the bench the coach from Campania, despite the extraordinary salvation achieved on the last day.

"Udinese Calcio announces that Fabio Cannavaro will not continue on the Bianconeri bench next season. The club sincerely thanks the coach and his staff for the professionalismà and the’important contribution made to the achievement of salvation. The news of the separation è was also confirmed by the former player himself, who announced his future through a message on his Instagram account: " President Pozzo informed me today of the clubà s decision not to continue our professional relationship. I thank him for the’opportunity’that I’ve been granted, and I regret not being able to continue this short but intense journey that in the’last month and a half of the championship has led us to accomplish a great and exciting feat.

I would like to make it clear that on my part there would have been a desire to continue this adventure in Friuli , a land that è entered my heart as well as its people, and for this and I had made myself unconditionally available to the company.
