Following Germany’s wide success over Scotland, Hungary and Switzerland will face each other to complete the first day of Group A of Euro 2024. Kickoff is at 3 p.m. at the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne. Refereeing the match will be Slovenian Slavko Vincic.
Marco Rossi is expected to rely on Varga as center forward, supported by Sallai and Szoboszlai in the three-quarter. In the median, trust Nagy and Schafer, with Bolla and Kerkez on the side lanes. Yakin, on the other hand, should field from 1' the trident composed of Amdouni, Shaqiri and Vargas (favored over Embolo). In the middle of the field, space for Freuler and Xhaka, with Ndoye and Widmer on the outsides.
