Ducati, Enea Bastianini: “Two days ago I wouldn’t have said that.”
Enea Bastianini satisfied
Enea Bastianini finished in third place at the Grand Prix of Holland. On the Assen circuit, the Ducati rider made an incredible comeback, having started from 11th position. For the centaur from Romagna this is the second consecutive podium in the premier class, after the second place in Mugello last June 2.
"I tried to push from the start, but I was suffering a little bit with the rear tire, especially on the right side – admitted 'the Beast' at the end of the race, in the words reported by FormulaPassion -, but lap after lap I made progress and I was really close to the podium, I tried and in the end è success".
"I’m very satisfied with the work of the team becauseé two days ago we were not in an optimal position for the Grand Prix, but in the end we are here on the podium and we can be happy" concluded Bastianini, fourth in the overall standings with 136 points, -13 from Marc Marquez, on the lowest step of the podium.
