Federico Chiesa takes a pebble off his shoe

After four years, Federico Chiesa is leaving Juventus to pursue his career in the Premier League. The champion published an Instagram post about it: "È the time has come to end this journey together with you, Juventus fans. I would like to dedicate a few words to thank you for the great affection you have always shown me, affection that I will forever carry in my heart. With you and with Juventus I have grown, both as a man and as a footballer". 

"You have supported me in good times and in difficult times, and for that I will always be grateful. In these four years I have had the opportunity to work with players, staff and coaches of the highest level. You have been like a family to me and, even in the most complicated moments, you have helped me get back on my feet. I will always carry with me the memories of joy we shared". 

Chiesa also wanted to get some stones off his shoe: "Now, in saying goodbye to you, I would like to clarify the issue of renewal. I have never received any renewal offer from Juventus and, consequently, there has never been a request from me or my entourage regarding an increase or reduction in my salary. I è been informed that I would not be part of the project even before the start of training with the team. I thank you once again for your continued support. Thank you, Juventus. Until the end".
