Two disqualified after the third day
Serie A sports judge Gerardo Mastrandrea has disqualified two players after analyzing reports from the ten matches of the third day of the top league. They are the only two expelled players of the day, Lecce player Patrick Dorgu and Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki.
These are the official reasons, as reported by the note released by Lega Serie A: "Players sent off – Disqualification for one actual match day: DORGU Patrick Chinazaekpere (Lecce), for being responsible for a serious foul play; SUZUKI Zion (Parma), double admonition for non-regulation behavior on the field and for misbehavior toward an opponent".
No coach è has been disqualified for the next day, while the Salentini manager Claudio Vino, "for having, at 45° of the first half (of Lecce-Cagliari, ed.), addressed the match director with a'disrespectful expression".
These are the matches of the fourth day of Serie A, scheduled between Sept. 14 and Sept. 16: Como-Bologna (Saturday 14, 3 p.m.), Empoli-Juventus (Saturday 14, 6 p.m.), Milan-Venezia (Saturday 14, 8:45 p.m.), Genoa-Roma (Sunday 15, 12 noon.30), Atalanta-Fiorentina, Torino-Lecce (both Sunday 15, 3 p.m.), Cagliari-Napoli (Sunday 15, 6 p.m.), Monza-Inter (Sunday 15, 8:45 p.m.), Parma-Udinese (Monday 16, 6:30 p.m.), Lazio-Verona (Monday 16, 8:45 p.m.).
