A 76-92 victory in the first day of LBA on the court of PalaBigi. For the’Aquila a’great team performance with Lamb and Ford in great form with 21 and 17 points. THE STORY – Dolomiti Energia Trentino after the good performance at Gran Canaria decided to confirm the quintet starting with: Ellis, Cale, Niang, Lamb and Mawugbe.
Niang scores the first basket of the LBA season with jumper from medium distance, Mawugbe gets two fouls from Faye who converts with three free throws, stoppages Barford in the’other half of the court and with two more points forces coach Priftis to call time-out. Reggio finds the first basket of the’last period with Winston’s triple. Bayehe makes 4 in a row, but Smith è a machine and with Faye’s semi Reggio gets back to -7.
