Mircea Lucescu exaggerates on Kenan Yildiz
Mircea Lucescu gave a lengthy interview to the microphones of 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' ahead of Juventus-Parma, scheduled for tonight at Allianz Stadium. The Romania coach will be in Turin to take a closer look at the Gialloblù's talents Dennis Man and Valentin Mihaila.
"Man? He has something of Douglas Costa, è a mix of technique and imagination: he just needs to find more continuity. While Mihaila è fast and attacks spaces well, in some ways he is reminiscent of the first Mkhitaryan, the one I launched in my time at Shakhtar".
So the focus è shifted to Thiago Motta’s Juventus: "I like his courage, he’s transmitting it to the whole Juve and è what we need to try to win the Scudetto. Motta reminds me of Xabi Alonso: great midfielders with clear ideas on the bench. I often follow my national team’s Parma and I also respect Pecchia".
The Romanian coach did not è hold back on Kenan Yildiz: "È a real diamond. The'juxtaposition with Del Piero? È a legend. Rather than comparing Kenan to someone from the past, I would compare him to some big names of now. Yildiz plays with the courage of Vinicius".
"Dragusin? Radu with us è always a starter, he is growing and will become a great defender. Now è focused on carving out spaces for himself in Tottenham. But if he continues to play little, if I were Juve I would think about it: è he is young, he knows Serie A and the Juventus world. As CT I am only interested in Dragusin playing and being happy, the rest are managerial evaluations that are not up to me" concluded Lucescu.
