Neymar without peace: another injury in his second game

There is no peace for Neymar. After being in the pits for a full 371 days (ruptured anterior cruciate ligament and a meniscus injury in his left knee), the Brazilian was, at last, back on the field. Unfortunately, in his second appearance with the'Al Hilal è he was forced to stop again.

In the Al Hilal-Esteghlal match, a match valid for the Asian Champions League, the 32-year-old Brazilian è entered the field at 58' of the game. A few plays but, at 85'85;, Neymar raised the white flag. For him, a thigh problem and a lot of anger for a new stop that will force him to stay put for about 2 to 3 weeks.

Neymar's adventure in Saudi Arabia, at the moment, è rather unsuccessful. The Brazilian, in fact, has è never been a factor for Al Hilal. Since his arrival at the Saudi club (Aug. 15, 2023 for a fee of 90 million euros), the former Barcelona and PSG player has played only seven games, with one goal to his credit.

This new injury, although not serious, è another hard blow to accept for Neymar and also for Al Hilal himself who was hoping, finally, to be able to rely on his ace. Fortunately for Al Hilal, Mitrovic is shining like no other. His was the hat trick with which è Esteghlal was beaten (3-0).
