Paolo Scaroni throws a dig at Inter
Speaking during the opening of the photo exhibition '125 years of Milan', Paolo Scaroni, president of the Rossoneri club, threw a dig at Inter: "After so many years, being president of Milan's only team gives me great emotion".
"In my six years as president,” added the number one of the Milanese club, “I had the honor of celebrating first the 120th and then the 125th anniversary of Milan".
"I like all the images of when we lift a cup. I want to win,” the Rossoneri president went on to emphasize. “Seeing international trophies raised by our legends è what we should be proud of".
"We are the most international club in Italy. I remember that we have 500 million people following us around the world. But, at the same time, we are also Milanese. We are citizens of the world, we carry this challenge thanks to the help of Gerry Cardinale's ownership. Milan must be everywhere" concluded Scaroni.
