Jannik Sinner spends honeyed words for Jack Draper and dates Pope Leo XIV

After reaching the round of 16 at the Internazionali d’Italia, Jannik Sinner, in addition to analyzing his own performance with Jesper de Jong, wanted to speak honeyed words to his great friend Jack Draper, who was one of the main supporters of the’Alto Adige player in the Clostebol case.

“With Jack we have known each other for a long time, even better since he reached this level. He is now showing his full value, which was already evident to us before. Maybe the most continuous we have on the Tour right now. We have a good friendship , because we are very similar. We are humble and try to do the best on the court” began the blue tennis player.

“His support remains very important, as well as that of others. He gives me positive energy and it was great to train with him in Monte Carlo a few weeks ago. I wish him the best, now of course there&#8217s competition between us, however it doesn&#8217t matter because off the court we have a beautiful friendship that I am sure will continue” added the world number one.

“I heard he played as a kid and it is a good thing for us tennis players to have a dad who likes the sport. We will see if in the future we have a chance to do some exchanges together” concluded Jannik Sinner.
