High emotions in the NBA night. Minnesota, ahead 3-1 in the series, also managed to take home Game 5 (121-110 the final), thus eliminating Golden State. The Warriors paid for the absence, due to injury, of Curry which, in fact, affected the’progress of the entire series.

The T’Wolves played a game of great concentration, never giving Coach Kerr’s team a chance to get into the game. Always in control of the match, with even a 25-point lead in the third period, Minnesota’s hand never shakes. Super effort by Randle, who finished with 29 points. Edwards’s contribution was also excellent: 22 points but an impressive 12 assists. On the’other side, Butler closed with “only” 17 points.

Proof of character, however, for Boston. Down 3-1 in the series with New York and without their leader Tatum (serious injury suffered in the finale of Game 4), the reigning NBA Champions win Game 5 (127-102 the final) and still remain in the game. Hero of the fifth act is the green-and-white White who finishes with 34 points on the scoreboard (seven triples).

For the first time in the series, Brunson did not score. The Knicks all-star is on a bad night. He closes with 22 points but without ever being connected to the game. He exits for six fouls when there are 7’19” left in the game. A demonstration of how it was not his best game, to put it mildly.
