Roland Garros, Luca Nardi out in the first round

World No. 94 Luca Nardi exits in the first round of the men’s singles at Roland Garros, beaten 6-2 6-3 7-6 by Hungarian No. 56 Fabian Marozsan.
Nardi saves four break points in the very long second game of the match (18 points), then in another marathon game, the sixth (14 points), he saves from 0-40, nullifies a fourth break point but on the fifth he has to concede and then loses his serve at 2-5 as well.
Marozsan saves his first break ball in the first game of the second set, ditto Luca in the next game, but in the fourth game the 21-year-old from Pesaro suffers another break, which decides the second partial, saves three 1-5 balls but has no chance to recover the disadvantage.
Nardi misses two consecutive break points in the second game of the third set, loses serve at 3-3 but immediately regains it, taking it away from Marozsan for the first time. But it’s a gasp: it goes to the tie-break, which is won, and with it the match, 7-3 by Marozsan.
