Roland Garros: Jannik Sinner demolishes Lehecka and flies to the round of 16

With a real show of strength Jannik Sinner flies to the round of 16 at Roland Garros. The world number one crumbles Jiri Lehecka, number 34 in the ATP rankings, with a clean 6-0 6-1 6-2 after an hour and 34 minutes of play.
The first set is a real domination of the Italian who imposes from the start a frantic pace impossible to hold for Lehecka who cannot even win a game: 6-0 Sinner after just 23 minutes.
Little changes in the second partial: Sinner continues to be in steamroller mode and the Czech can do nothing. Lehecka only broke free after eleven straight games by the South Tyrolean (1-5) before losing the second partial as well (6-1).
Sinner’s second game was a tough one.
With the inertia now totally in the seeding leader’s favor, the third set is a formality for Sinner, who gets the break in the opening game and repeats it in the seventh game (5-2) before closing on serve at the first useful match point.
Thanks to this victory, Sinner flies to the round of 16 of the Paris Slam where he will face Russian Andrey Rublev, world number 15 and seeded 17, who benefited from the withdrawal of Arthur Fils.
