L’Olimpia Milano is focused exclusively on the series with Virtus Bologna that is worth the’access to the LBA finals. Contextually, it is clear that there is also talk of the market. Next season, in fact, is closer than anyone can imagine.

Many are wondering who will remain in the red and white at the end of the current season. Nikola Mirotic likes Monaco, Giordano Bortolani seems to be a target of Pallacanestro Reggiana. Nenad Dimitrijevic will definitely leave while for Stefano Tonut there are many issues to be clarified.

In Milan, red and white side, since 2022, the 31-year-old guard could end his adventure at Olimpia at the end of these play-offs. Dolomiti Energia Trentino (eliminated from the post season by the very team where Stefano Tonut currently plays) would be interested in having him on the roster for the 2025/26 season.

Stefano Tonut has deep ties to Trieste. In fact, his professional career started there. He played with Dolomiti Energia Trentino for three seasons, from 2012 to 2015. After so much satisfaction in Milan, he may well decide to return home. The problem? The Italian national player’s salary is heavy but Trieste would be thinking of a solution that could please all parties involved.
