Jannik Sinner: Roger Federer blows everyone away

The legendary final between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz at Roland Garros, the second-longest final in Slam history with 5 hours and 29 minutes of duration, has elicited a reaction from tennis’ greatest champions including Roger Federer.

Through a story posted on his Instagram profile, the Swiss champion celebrated the’epic battle between the world&#8217s number one and two on clay in Paris, even singling out three winners.

“There were three winners today in Paris: Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and the beautiful game of tennis. What a game” wrote Roger to accompany a double image showing him alongside both the Spaniard, dressed in plain clothes, and the Blue, at the end of a training session.

The first to be identified was Alcaraz.

One of the first to react was Rafael Nadal, who wrote on Instagram: “What a great Roland Garros final! I am very happy for you Alcaraz! Congratulations Sinner for the incredible battle”.
