Reyer Venezia and Neven Spahija move forward together

Through an official note, Reyer Venezia announced that it has reached an agreement with coach Neven Spahija, who will continue to lead the men’s first team in the upcoming sports season.

Who arrived in Venice in February 2023, Spahija has been able to bring his international experience and a strong identity contributing to the growth of the orogranata club. Coach Neven has already led the first team of Umana Reyer in 135 games.

The confirmation of the Croatian coach represents a sign of continuity and confidence in the work done, in line with the goals and vision of the club.

“I am very happy to continue to work for Reyer and to carry on our program – said Spahija -. I thank the Ownership and the Company for the trust and support that have never been lacking. As a coach I would like to send a first message that Reyer can do better and will have to try to be competitive and a protagonist in all events. For me it is a pride to be the coach of Reyer Venezia and I will give my all for this Club. Together with the Club we are already working on the team to come, we have a lot of work ahead of us and we want to continue the path we started two years ago”.
