Marc Marquez won, in a comeback, the Sprint at Mugello, certifying a disarming superiority. No one can stand up to his frenzied pace. Always leading the World Drivers’ Championship, the Spaniard does not please everyone. This was made clear at the end of the Sprint with some fans in the center grandstand booing Marc Marquez.

Fisks that did not please Davide Tardozzi. The team manager was quick to come to the defense of his rider but, more importantly, of the Ducati team: “Shut up, shut up! It is red” his clear words. A strong gesture to make it clear to those who were booing Marc Marquez how the ’important thing is to see a Ducati in front of everyone, regardless of the rider who rides it.

In fact, many fans would like to see celebrating Pecco Bagnaia who, at Mugello, has won the last three editions. Because of this, it promises to be a rather complicated Sunday inside the Ducati team. Marc Marquez, at least on paper, is the super favorite for victory.

It remains to be seen how spectators will behave should the current world leader triumph at Mugello, “the home” of Pecco Bagnaia. True, the Ducati is Italian, but there’s also an Italian on the red that, unfortunately, is struggling enormously to find himself, precisely because of his teammate Marc Marquez. Will it need another lecture from Davide Tardozzi?”
