Milan close to Samuele Ricci: negotiations in advanced stage with Torino

Acc Milan accelerates in the market and gets closer and closer to buying Samuele Ricci from Torino. After months of concrete interest, contacts between the Rossoneri and Granata management have experienced an important turning point. The negotiation, in fact, is now at a very advanced stage and could conclude positively as early as the next few hours. The parties are now close, with only a few details to be defined.
Accordingly, Milan has played ahead of the competition, especially on clubs such as Napoli and Inter that were monitoring the situation. The Rossoneri club, on the strength of an agreement already reached with the player since last January, insisted on obtaining a discount compared to the initial €33 million valuation requested by Torino. A strategy that seems to have paid off: the deal will close with a figure around 25 million euros, including bonuses.
Ricci is therefore ready to wear the Rossoneri jersey. He is only waiting for the green light to travel to Milan, where he will undergo medical examinations before signing a four-year contract. The 2001-born director is considered an ideal profile to strengthen Milan’s midfield, as stated by new Sporting Director Igli Tare, who has indicated precisely the midfield as a priority for this market session.
The Devil, however, has no intention of stopping at Ricci. The Rossoneri are continuing to work on several fronts. Indeed, in addition to the imminent arrival of Luka Modric, who will sign after the Club World Cup, the tracks leading to Ardon Jashari and Granit Xhaka remain hot. In particular, for Jashari the Rossoneri have already made an offer to Bruges, but the first €30 million proposal was returned to sender. However, Milan seems willing to raise to bring home the young Swiss as well.
