Jannik Sinner, new viral post with a message for Carlos Alcaraz
The day after his triumph at Wimbledon, Jannik Sinner returned to speak out in a post published on Instagram. The South Tyrolean tennis player addressed more words of great respect to his opponent in the final, Carlos Alcaraz.
“Another great battle. Respect, my friend. These are the challenges we live for. Until the next one. Thank you”, reads a comment on a photo in which the two appear embraced under the net, just after the end of Sunday’s encounter.
In just a few minutes, the post immediately garnered tens of thousands of “likes” and comments, testifying to the enormous affection surrounding Sinner in Italy and around the world.
A few hours earlier Jannik Sinner had opened the day on social with a “Am I still dreaming?” which Alcaraz himself had commented on with a “Congratulations Jannik! Enjoy this moment! The best is yet to come”.
