MotoGp, Brno: Marc Marquez immediately sends a message to rivals

Started immediately with a Marc Marquez in great form the MotoGp weekend that will culminate with the Grand Prix of the Czech Republic. At the Brno circuit, the Ducati factory team rider set a best time of 1:54.606 in the first free practice session, a full 615 thousandths faster than Johann Zarco, second on his Honda LCR.

In third position there’s the’other rider in red, Pecco Bagnaia, whose best time is 653 thousandths slower than that of his teammate at the top of the standings. In fourth position is the Team Gresini Ducati of Alex Marquez (+0.765), and Enea Bastianini closes the Top 5, the last not to exceed the second gap riding his Team Tech3 KTM (+0.992).

As for the other Italians, Marco Bezzecchi is seventh with a time one second and 258 thousandths slower than Marc Marquez, while behind the Aprilia rider is the Honda of Luca Marini, eighth at 1.339. Sixteenth, on the other hand, was Fabio Di Giannantonio: for the Team VR46 centaur a gap, in terms of best times, of 2.467 from the number 93 on the grid.

He saw himself back on the track, after seven race weekends in which he was absent, reigning world champion Jorge Martin: the Spaniard, with his Aprilia, thought more about regaining confidence with the bike and the track, limiting himself to the seventeenth time in the first free practice session, with a delay of two seconds and 522 thousandths compared to Marc Marquez.
