Varese basketball has found the director it was looking for

Big blow for Varese Basketball. Although it still lacks the’officialdom, coach Ioannis Kastritis has the director he was looking for and to whom he is ready to entrust the team. A definitely intriguing name, since it is the funambulist Stefan Moody.
A 1993-year-old native of Kissimmee, Florida State, he is a point guard with plenty of experience and points in his hands. In his last season at Sagesse, a Lebanese team, he averaged 12.5 points and 5.8 assists per game. Figures that bode well for Varese fans.
During his career he has played everywhere in Europe. In total he has taken part in as many as ten different national championships. Now he will make his debut in Italian basketball where he is called upon to show all his talent in a square that is looking for a true leader. Stefan Moody could be that leader.
At this point, the Opnejobmetis Varese roster is almost complete. It would still be missing a guard/winger, possibly a quality shooter (likely to wait for a few opportunities, perhaps fishing among some G League talent). With U.S. Stefan Moody in the booth, better to have players on the roster ready to shoot immediately on offloads. News is expected soon.
