Inclusion, social representation and more: Sky Inclusion Days returns

Wednesday, May 27, is the date for Sky Inclusion Days, an initiative organized by Sky Italia that has reached its fourth edition in 2026. The event, dedicated to the themes of inclusion and social representation, brings the theme of trust back to the center of discussion at the Sky Campus in Milan.
“Today, more than ever, we feel the need to rediscover what unites us, to strengthen ties and to recognize that valuing differences is an advantage for everyone,” Sara Varetto, Executive Vice President Communications, Inclusion and Bigger Picture at Sky Italia, said on the subject. We have always believed in this and continue to do so: this is why we are proud to announce the fourth edition of Sky Inclusion Days.”
The program will include speeches from different fields: culture, entertainment, sports, the third sector and the world of work. Guests include actor Luca Argentero, who is involved with 1 Caffè Onlus; singer-songwriter Roberto Vecchioni, who will address the issue of mental health; singer and host Jo Squillo, founder of Wall of Dolls Onlus, along with Michelle Masullo (with whom she makes up the “DJ” couple in Beijing Express) on combating gender violence.
There will also be Giuseppe De Bellis, Executive Vice President Entertainment, Sport and News of Sky Italia, and director Ferzan Ozpetek, who will talk about the future of storytelling and on the evolution of the languages of storytelling, as well as comedian and director Maccio Capatonda and Francesca Manili Pessina, Executive Vice President People, Organization & Facility Management of Sky Italia, who will instead discuss the transformations in the world of work.
A part of the program is dedicated to younger people, with a focus on bullying, digital identity and language: scheduled to speak are Mattia Stanga and Elisa Maino, the “Creators” of this year’s edition of Beijing Express, rapper BigMama and Matteo Lee, one of the participants in the 2025 edition of Masterchef Italia. Also speaking on the topic of communicative responsibility will be journalist and writer Stefano Nazzi and Paralympic swimmer Arianna Talamona.
Sports represents another central axis of the day, with testimonies from Pippo Galliano (founder of Para Padel Project), Paolo Maldini (historic captain and former manager of AC Milan), Chiara Mazzel (Paralympic alpine skiing champion), Daniele Terenzi (classical dancer, first in the world with a transfemoral prosthesis), Irma Testa (boxing champion), Pippo Ricci (captain of Olimpia Milano and basketball Azzurro), as well as a discussion on gender inequality with Elisa Giordano and Diego Dominguez, tricolor rugby icons of the present and past.
A panel dedicated to the Sky Up The Edit school project is also planned, with the participation of Minister Andrea Abodi. The event will also feature projects and testimonies related to vocational inclusion, disability, illness and social reintegration, including Fondazione La Casa delle Luci, Masterpiece (with Fondazione Bullone) and a panel dedicated to the prison system, where work is described as a path to empowerment and not as an abstract narrative.
The day will be accompanied by musical moments and stand‑up comedy, and will close with a speech by Sky Italia CEO Andrea Duilio. All appointments will be broadcast on Sky TG24, Sky Sport and in streaming.
