The prestigious Sala Pirelli of Regione Lombardia hosted the official presentation of “How do you feel?”, the podcast conceived and hosted by Carmen De Gironimo, President of Emotional & More APS and ambassador of emotional well-being, produced by Popular Made in Italy.

A modern and authentic project, created with the aim of bringing emotions, listening and the person back to the center, through intimate and sincere interviews with protagonists from the world of sports, institutions, television, culture and the digital scene. The well-attended and emotional event was moderated by journalist Eleonora Rossi.

During the evening, parchments were handed out to the format’s protagonists and recognition plaques to Blotix, the project’s main sponsor, to Luciano Castagna, director of the Moxy Hotel Linate, for hospitality, and to Nicolas Gallizzi, regional councilor and head of the Noi Moderati group, for granting the prestigious Sala Pirelli and supporting the initiative.

Fabrizio Fustinoni, producer of the format, and Carmen De Gironimo recounted the human value born within the project, emphasizing how emotional education can reach people in an authentic way when one chooses to communicate without masks.

Domenico Versace, promoter of the format and speaker at the event, highlighted how much Milan needs emotional education and how “How do you feel?” can be a concrete tool for listening, mutual respect and awareness. Heartfelt thanks were also extended to him for acting as a bridge between the podcast and institutions, sensitively supporting the spread of the message promoted by Emotional & More APS. Also present was Maria De Caroli, vice-president of Emotional & More APS.

A greeting also came from Senator Giusy Versace who, unable to attend, wanted to express her closeness to Emotional & More APS, sharing the message of emotional education promoted by the podcast “How do you feel?” During the presentation, the official trailer of the format, available on the Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube channels “cometisenti.podcast,” was broadcast, deeply moving the audience present in the room.

The presentation also turned into an interactive moment thanks to little Giulia, Nicola Paparusso’s daughter, who involved the protagonists present in the room in a game dedicated to emotions, giving life to spontaneous, sincere and deeply human stories. Among the protagonists present were Nicola Paparusso, Laura Molina, Elisa Donatini, Daniele Stefani, Kiné Ndoye, and Gilbert Nana.

Special thanks were also given to Marco Salvati, Fabio Ravezzani, Gianluca Busani, Mary Falconieri, Zeno Sgaravato, aka Mago Zen, and Domenico Manfredi, for their closeness and human contribution to the project. Carmen De Gironimo also thanked all her staff, including Martina Intano, set manager, Giuseppe Pantano for filming and editing, and Manuel Di Nardo, social communication manager of ZeroEsse Creative Co.

“How do you feel?” was not created to tell characters, but people. Not roles, but emotions. “Emotional education is one of the most powerful tools we can give people. Teaching how to listen, understand and experience emotions means building healthier relationships, a more aware society and a more humane future” Because emotions do not create distance. Emotions make us human.
