Ivan Juric’s tenure with Atalanta has officially come to an end. In a statement released by the Bergamo-based club, the organization announced the mutual termination of its professional relationship with the Croatian coach.

“Atalanta BC announces that it has formalized a mutual agreement to terminate the coaching contract with head coach Ivan Juric. The club wishes the coach the best of luck, both professionally and personally, as he moves forward in his career,” reads the official statement.

This separation had been in the air for some time and now allows Juric to pursue a new path without further contractual obligations. Juric, in fact, is ready to embark on a new adventure on the Monza bench, having been called upon to lead the Brianza-based team’s technical project following its recent promotion.

To finalize the termination, a financial agreement was reached between the coach and the Nerazzurri club. According to reports, Juric accepted a severance package equivalent to approximately four months’ salary, for a total amount close to 650,000 euros. The agreement allowed for the early termination of the final year of his existing contract, which provided for a total salary of approximately 2 million euros.

With the termination finalized, the Croatian coach can now focus exclusively on the new professional challenge awaiting him in Monza. An important chapter in Juric’s career is beginning, with the goal of continuing the Brianza-based club’s growth trajectory and consolidating its presence in Italian professional soccer.
