Formula 1 at Monza: The circuit is starting to fill up; there’s great anticipation for Kimi Antonelli and the Ferraris

The long wait is almost over: this weekend, the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix will take place in Monza. Inside Monza Park, the first stalls are already being set up, where not only merchandise but also food and—above all—drinks will be on sale, given that temperatures are expected to be very high.

There’s excitement in Brianza not only because Kimi Antonelli leads the world championship standings thanks to his performance so far in his Mercedes, but also because the Ferraris have shown signs of being competitive—and we all know just how much Italians love the red cars with the prancing horse.

PizzAut will be there again this year with its team and its delicacies. Nico Acampora, the project’s driving force, spoke exclusively to Sportal.it during the race’s presentation at the Automobile Club of Milan about the project’s new developments ahead of an event featuring twenty young people with autism.

“This year brings big changes because we’re tripling our efforts. In addition to being in the paddock with the young people and preparing pizzas for drivers, mechanics, and VIPs, we’ll also be with the fans in the fan zone and throughout the area,” said Acampora. “So we’ll have three pizza buses, three food trucks, and twenty young people with autism at work. In this case, the disability isn’t just an afterthought—it truly takes center stage,”

“There will be the Kimi Antonelli pizza. We involved Kimi directly in creating it. Stefano Domenicali, who is a great friend of PizzAut, called him and asked what ingredients he’d like to see on the pizza. For now, it’ll be a surprise. We’ll probably unveil it as early as Thursday, because we’re planning to meet with Kimi and taste it together with him.”
