NBA: Kyrie Irving Is Ready to Return, but He Might Have to Pack His Bags Right Away

Some people have forgotten about Kyrie Irving. The NBA champion with the Cavs (2016 season) has been out of action for quite some time. In fact, he hasn’t taken the court since March 3, 2025, when he suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

After many months and several difficult moments, the 34-year-old All-Star seems ready to return to the court. He currently plays for Dallas and is the one tasked with helping Cooper Flagg develop. Well, actually, it’s not a given that he’ll continue his career in a Mavs jersey.

In the U.S., there’s talk of a possible trade involving Kyrie Irving, who could end up in Golden State alongside Steph Curry (the latter has just made it known that he wants to finish his career with the Warriors). After being rivals for a long time, the two could end up playing for the same franchise.
