An exciting performance in both offense and defense gives Italrugby a very heavy 49-17 victory over Samoa in the first of three tests of the Autumn Nations Series 2022.
In front of the sold-out stands at the Plebiscito in Padua, Kieran Crowley’s XV left no chance to the Pacific national team, which started well in the first few minutes but then found an impassable embankment as the Azzurri took the measure of the match, dominating in the orderly phase and on the collision, with never so inspired direction from the Varney-Garbisi duo.
Now on to Australia, with Florence ready to embrace Lamaro and his teammates to try to add a notch to the series of four wins out of the last five outings.
