Aurora Desio and Cedevita Zagreb return to the court at the Alberto Giove Cup, and for the Brianzoli, after two losses against Milan and Marciulonis, comes the first victory.
First half at a rather low pace, with Desio always managing to find direct penetration lines with the circulation of the ball, allowing them to be ahead by 8 points.
In the second half Mehdic tried to make his team come back by taking the Croatian offense on his shoulders, but Aurora responded with a Pesenato who, thanks to his physicality under the irons, was able to make the difference. A couple of referee decisions that exclude Mehdic for fouls from the game are decisive. Cedevita never manages to sew up the tear and the Brianzoli win 71-62.
