The National Team’s Blue Women have already won

The gathering of the National Women’s team continues in Coverciano in view of the FIFA World Cup to be played in France from June 7 to July 7.

After sustaining the training session in the morning, the Azzurre made themselves protagonists of a nice gesture of solidarity: in fact, the girls met the managers of the non-profit organization ‘Insuperabili,’ to which they donated the compensation for their image rights of the Panini sticker album dedicated to the World Cup. The Onlus, together with a team of testimonials led by Giorgio Chiellini, promotes through activities in 13 soccer schools the social reintegration of 520 children with cognitive, relational, affective-emotional, behavioral, physical, motor and sensory disabilities.

Chiara Marchitelli brought greetings from the entire group: “After learning that we had a small budget available,” stressed the Florentia goalkeeper, “it came natural to us to make this gesture. It is important that sport is accessible to everyone, and I followed your training sessions and had a lot of fun with the boys.”
