Beer on the field and suspended game: fine arrives

A beer glass thrown in the direction of the court, which did not hit anyone but resulted in the temporary suspension of the match: it happened at the Baltur Arena in Cento, during the match between the host Benedetto XIV and Pistoia. The episode, reported in the report delivered to the sports judge, was punished by the latter with a fine against the club, as explained in the note released Monday by the Federbasket.
This, in detail, is the decision of the sports justice: BANCA SELLA BENEDETTO XIV CENTO – Fine of Euro 417.00 for sporadic collective throwing of non-blunt objects on the court without hitting (beer glass) which resulted, at 3.47″ from the end of the 4th quarter, in the temporary suspension of the game to allow the court to dry [art. 27,6bc RG rec,art. 24,4 RG].
The other decisions involved JuVi Cremona, Rimini and Scafati:
FERRARONI CREMONA – Fine of Euro 1,666.00 for collective and frequent offenses by fans against the referees, the league and a clearly identified opposing athlete [art. 27,4bd RG rec,art. 28,3 RG,art. 24,4 RG].
DOLE ITALIA RIMINI – Fine of Euro 2,500.00 for collective and sporadic offenses by fans towards the referees and collective and sporadic throwing of spit that on 2 occasions, hit the referees [art. 27,4bc RG rec,art. 27,9ac RG rec.,art. 24,4 RG].
GIVOVA SCAFATI – LONGOBARDI ANIELLO (Scafati) – 10-day inhibition until 6/5/2026, because, not registered on the score sheet, at the end of the 2nd quarter, he entered the tunnel of the locker room, holding a disrespectful behavior towards the referees (art.35,1c and 24,4 RG).
