Jannik Sinner gets everything wrong; his disastrous shot sets his coach laughing

With a tennis racket in hand and his powerful forehand, Jannik Sinner has gotten fans and enthusiasts used to pinpoint shots that find impossible angles and graze the lines with impressive precision. On the golf course, however, things seem to go differently.
Italy’s number one took advantage of a moment of relaxation to try his hand at golf with his coach Darren Cahill and Rennae Stubbs, a former doubles specialist and winner of six Grand Slam titles.
Sinner’s attempt, captured in Stubbs’ Instagram Stories, didn’t go as planned, however: instead of heading toward the hole, the ball took a completely wrong trajectory, ending up in the trees. The video, which was also shown in slow motion, clearly shows the outcome of the shot.
What made the moment even funnier was Cahill’s reaction; he couldn’t help but burst out laughing at his student’s mistake. After all, Sinner has repeatedly stated that he wants to improve his golf game so he can challenge his rival Carlos Alcaraz even off the tennis court. Watching this video, however, it seems there’s still a lot of work to be done before he can issue that challenge.
