Tonight, Brazil will take the field to face Scotland. At stake is first place in Group C. The Seleção is aiming for a convincing victory, in part to dispel the doubts that still surround the Verdeoro. It’s not out of the question that Neymar could see some playing time against the Scots.
O Ney has completed his first full training sessions with the rest of the team and appears ready to make his World Cup debut. Coach Ancelotti might bring him on during the game, partly to gauge his current physical condition.
In his final World Cup, the former star of Barcelona and PSG, among others, hopes to get a chance to prove he’s still valuable to the Seleção. His talent could also come in handy in certain situations.
