Treviso dominates Cividale; JP Macura comes out firing right away

Nutribullet Treviso Basket got off to a strong start in the preseason, handily defeating UEB Gesteco Cividale 107-74 at the PalaCornaro in Jesolo. The team coached by Marcelo Nicola immediately showed promise, displaying pace, intensity, and solid offensive play despite it being their first game of the season. Six players scored in double figures, with JP Macura standing out as the star of the game with 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Treviso started with Russell, Carter, Macura, Croswell, and Chapman, while Pillastrini countered with Redivo, Bottelli, Ferrari, Knight, and Berti. For both teams, this was a useful first test to assess physical conditioning and team chemistry ahead of official competition. TVB is already looking ahead to its LBA debut on September 27 against Roma SPQR.

In the final quarter, Nutribullet manages its lead with ease. Allinei tried to inject new energy into Cividale, but Russell continued to dish out assists and Chapman helped keep the lead wide.
