Antonio Cassano lashes out at Allegri: “He should be expelled”

Antonio Cassano takes aim at Massimiliano Allegri again on *Viva el Fútbol*. Following Daniele Adani’s scathing remarks—during which he lashed out at the Napoli coach on *Domenica Sportiva*—the former Bari forward added fuel to the fire, highlighting his post-game comments.
“Allegri did something crazy. I hope what he said about Roma isn’t true—if it is, he should be banned from soccer. The severity of what he said… they have to ban him from soccer. He needs to be fired; he’s ruined Italian soccer over the last 10 years. Now I expect De Laurentiis to lecture everyone—let’s see what he says. He needs to be fired right now. I know the guy—he takes off his jacket just to put on a show.” The Tuscan coach was suspended for two matches following his ejection during the game against Roma and his post-match outburst.
“Napoli has the strongest team in Serie A after Inter—that’s the premise,” Cassano continued. “At 2-0, they could have made it 3-0 and closed it out. But I can’t stand sloppy pressing, with everyone behind the ball. Roma tied the game with two goals from a defender. As far as I’m concerned, Allegri won’t make the top four, and by the winter break, he might as well go home. He doesn’t like Lobotka, yet he’s being hailed as a genius—it’s madness, a disgrace. And that scene with the jacket was shameful.”
In the same episode, Cassano also took aim at José Mourinho for the way he has Real Madrid playing: “They’ve adopted anti-soccer, which has been dead and buried for ten years now.”
